GoldChoice
GoldChoice is our premium Advance Replacement Service (ARS) extension. GoldChoice is designed to provide you with the parts you need to minimize equipment downtime, without requiring major investments in inventory, asset management infrastructure, and other costly resources. Our GoldChoice option provides you with 5 full years of ARS coverage. This program is only available on our Wyse Thin Clients. The GoldChoice option includes:
- Provides 5 full years of next day replacement service
- Must be purchased at the time of purchase of your units
- Online RMA process

SilverChoice
Our SilverChoice option is our enhanced warranty program. The SilverChoice option upgrades the standard warranty to basic ARS coverage. The SilverChoice option includes the following:
- Provides 3 years of next day replacement service
- Renewable in 1 or 2 year increments
- May be purchased at time of purchase of your units or within 90 days of warranty registration
- Purchase requires that product has been previously registered
- Online purchase process with credit card
- Online renewal process
- Online RMA process

BronzeChoice
Our BronzeChoice option extends the standard warranty from 3 years to 4 or 5 years. Our BronzeChoice option includes the following:
- Extends the standard warranty coverage up to 4 or 5 years
- Available in 1 or 2 year increments
- May be purchased at the time of product order or 90 days prior to the expiration of the original warranty
- Purchase requires that product has been previously registered

Purchasing Terms
These programs are available on new and previously purchased products.
- GoldChoice warranty upgrade must be purchased at the same time as your product purchase.
- Please contact your Wyse reseller for more information.
- SilverChoice - must be purchased within 90 days of the product purchase
- Product must have been previously registered.
- Renewals must be purchased at least 60 prior to the warranty expiration
- BronzeChoice previously purchased product must have at least 90 days remaining on standard warranty.
- Product must have been previously registered.
- Does not apply to refurbished product.

Program Details
GoldChoice
The GoldChoice - Advance Replacement Service program is only available with new product purchases. You must order this program on the same purchase order used to purchase your Wyse Thin Clients. With this purchase, you or your reseller will receive an email with a contract key that must be activated in order to complete the contract process. After activation, you will receive an email detailing the serial numbers of the units covered, as well as the instructions for obtaining service.
How does this program work?
Wyses GoldChoice program assures that a like new Wyse Thin Client is delivered to your door by the following business day (second business day in some geographical locations). The design of this time saving service eliminates the inconvenience of finding a box for shipping the defective unit in and waiting for that unit to be repaired.
Wyse has made the return of the defective unit easy by including pre-paid shipping instructions with each replacement unit. The program requires that you return the defective unit to Wyse within 10 business days or you will receive an invoice for the full list price of the unit. Once received, the defective unit becomes the property of Wyse. Upon receipt of the defective unit, the replacement unit warranty will assume the remaining warranty period of the original unit.
This time saving service eliminates the inconvenience of shipping the defective unit in and waiting for that unit to be repaired.
SilverChoice
The SilverChoice - Advance Replacement Service program is available with new product purchases or within 90 days of purchase of new products. With the purchase of the program you will receive an activation key. Your products must be registered with Wyse in order to activate this key. This key must be registered with Wyse to activate your contract. Renewals must be purchased within 90 days of the original program purchase expiration.

BronzeChoice
The BronzeChoice extended service program offers you peace of mind for up to 5 years of thin client or GPT ownership. The program takes effect at the end of the standard 3-year warranty period and covers all parts and labor that are available under the original warranty. When you consider that the average cost of just one repair can be $150 or more, a substantially higher cost than our average warranty extension plan, you can be assured that you're making a sound investment. With the BronzeChoice extension, you won't need to waste valuable time or money finding a service provider or waiting for non-operative thin clients or terminals to be repaired, which can have dramatic effects on productivity. Overall, these benefits help you avoid unnecessary hassle and expenses and keep your business operating at maximum efficiency.
This program is available for most Wyse models of Winterm and GPT terminals.
Note: Units must be under existing warranty and registered with Wyse in order to purchase this option. This option is not available on units with expired warranties. |
