"Wyse Instant Rebate Promotions": Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only available to Wyse Authorized Distributors and authorized partners in EMEA.

2. The promotion is valid effective 13^th January and until 26^th  March 2010 and applies only to the Wyse S50, S30, V30L and V90L models and part numbers detailed on above chart. Promotion is not applicable to derivative versions.

3. Rebate is applicable only toward units ordered from and delivered to an Authorized Wyse Reseller within Rebate program valid dates. No back- or forward-dating is permitted. To be eligible all sales must be with Wyse keyboards.

4. The discount promotion is applicable on distributor's inventory purchased at current distributor pricing. 

5. Claims for reimbursement are to be submitted on a monthly basis to Wyse Sales Order Administration.   Claims can only be made once. Credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt of valid claims.

6. Impact on Special Pricing:  During the period of the promotion, the promotion price supersedes all prior approved special pricing where the discount amount is less than the rebate.  In these cases, you should grant the promotion price instead of the special price discount.

7. In no case will Wyse permit or approve you combining any claim for SPQ (special pricing) credit with the price discount.

8. Wyse will be advertising this promotion on the regional Web sites starting 14^th January 2010.  Distributors are expected to transfer over the reduction in to the resellers.

9. This promotion may be terminated or modified by Wyse at any time.
